840 Impact program drives workforce and economic development through real estate trades and careers to break social and economic barriers in underserved communities throughout Chicago. Our comprehensive approach creates opportunities for young adults impacted by violence, criminal activity, economic disruption, and educational disadvantages to thrive and reach their fullest potential. Our residential cohort program will provide resources to address economic disparities, trauma and build positive outcomes. Our innovative resource structure promotes access to pathways to explore industry-driven careers, entrepreneurship, homeownership, and financial education to build generational wealth and improve the quality of life.
