Residential Career Pathways
Provides career exploration services and work readiness training to build successful pathways in real estate to generational wealth and homeownership. 840 Impact Pathways cohort is a residential program designed to empower and provide life-changing opportunities to transform and educate young adults aged 18-26 who are most impacted by violence, poverty, and trauma. Participants will earn while they obtain trade and occupational skills to pursue employment opportunities. Additional wrap-around services will be provided with a trauma-informed care approach, including mentoring, personal counseling, and employment placement.
Our 12-month intensive residential program will removing mentees from their current situation to a safe environment and will provide the following essentials:
- 12-months Housing
- Clothing: For Career Training
- Transportation
- Stipend Allowance
- Career/Trade Expenses
- Coaching & Counseling
- Financial Literacy Education
- Background Expungement
- Certifications Partnerships: Electric, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Masonary, Home Inspection, Real Estate Licensing and much more.
